At the desktop, install a bootloader to your backup drive (see above), then clone to your working drive, run MultiBeast again to install the bootloader to your working drive and reboot. The first thing to remember is that SuperDuper and CarbonCop圜loner do not copy the Chameleon boot files, so if you want your backup bootable you need to install a bootloader. If you can't boot your working drive or your backup (one is hosed and the other doesn't have a bootloader), then use iBoot to boot up and select your backup drive at the boot prompt.
